well congratulation that you failed to believe a fake. No for real. You can't heal for 5'000hp with Infuse, that's just impossible.
For 500, yes, but not 5k.

Wow, you've got to be kidding me. Did you even see the screenshot? Let me explain how they did it... it's so terribly simple.
Ranger Spirit: Symbiosis- For creatures within its range, for each Enchantment on a creature, that creature's maximum Health is increased by 27..125 [158]. This Spirit dies after 30..126 [158] seconds
See something here? You have 8 people LOAD enchants onto the monk (including himself). Monk has somewhere around 8,000 HP. (Yes, 8k).
Infuse Health: Lose half your current Health. Target other ally is healed for (100..129 [138])% of the amount you lost.
Lets say the guys HP was just 8k (It was a few hundred higher, but I don't remember how much). Half of that is 4k.
4,000 * 1.38 = 5,520
I'm sorry, I was wrong at first, not 5,000. At LEAST 5,520.
Use the search function next time (it will aid your future posting career)

ohh yes, well, not to be mean, but that's silly. But two points
1) You will never need such a high heal.
2) You will never be in such a situation in a match (Or you will and you're going to loose)
sorry didn't see the screenshot. Yes it is possible, but I thought we're talking about normal situations.

As stated before, how often is someone going to have 7 conditions on them in order for restore to max heal? This is a hypothetical question asking for the biggest amount of heal in one spell...not the most practical

infuse health and taste of death is two strongest instant heal, with taste of death being a self heal and max at 420... well, it is technically a steal... Now that I think about steal... Grenth's Balance is pretty interesting too.
Divine healing being small AoE with 200+ each person is also nice.

Nightsorrow's computation: maximum HP is ~8900

I remember a post from Epinephrine saying you can reach 8000 to 10000 heal in one spell with the right combination of spells (Aura of Faith, Life Attunement...) and spirits.

for normal to ideal situations 70 + 45 + 68 is ideal, for only 7 energy
thats orison of healing with peace and harmony as divine boon.
heal other is about 170+45+68, for 12 energy
these are pretty much ideal heal -> en cost ratio, as you shouldnt have to spam these to heal them to stay alive

Ehm. ideal normal heal? You do know that this is quite a bold statement?
Peace and Harmony is not a great Energymanagement skill, as many before me have argumented in the past.
1) You will get start geting energy back after 15 seconds. a long time.
2) Over the course of P&H, you will get approx energy gain (detracting energycost p&h) over a period over a minute. Now compare that to Offering of Blood. Every 15 seconds +- 10 energy gained (detracting energycost OoB) with a reasonable investment in blood. The only reason to choose P&H is when you can't decide if you are a healer or a prot monk, and have invested in both attributelines as well as Divine Favor. But in that case, you might want to rethink why you monk for a group.
On a personal note: Boon prot > Boon heal monk. But I guess you were talking about raw healing...

Yes. P&H is pretty underpowered. P&H makes you gain 5 energy in 15seconds.
Compared to OoB, it is very easily removed by enchant removal. You can remove it very easily by yourself. And you get less energy then from OoB.
ANet should make it, to be worth an elite or even a slot in your skillbar, not removable from your own spells, no matter what you do, or increase it's energy gain.
(See Divine Boon, Group Heal, Heal Area, or other heals where you would get the bonus of divine boon)
